These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the iM.Master online store, including this website, checkout, customer accounts, content, tools, product purchases and related support. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer the Services.
By visiting the site, creating an account, submitting information or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked here. Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region are not excluded or limited by these Terms.
1. Eligibility And Account Responsibilities

We aim to describe products, components, functions, images, dimensions and colors accurately. Displays and production batches can create reasonable visual differences. Products and quantities are subject to availability, destination restrictions and discontinuation.

Prices can change before an order is placed. The currency, product price, discount, shipping charge, tax and total presented at checkout govern that transaction, subject to correction of an obvious error. Import duties and local charges not collected at checkout may be the recipient’s responsibility.

An order submission is an offer to purchase. We may verify payment, inventory, address and fraud signals before accepting or fulfilling an order. If we cancel after payment, the collected amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

8. Returns, Refunds And Replacement Parts
Returns, refunds, exchanges, order cancellations and damaged-item claims are governed by our Refund Policy. Missing, damaged or incorrect building parts should be reported through our Missing Brick & Parts Support page with the requested evidence.

Follow the age guidance, instructions, warnings and battery requirements supplied with each product. Small parts may present a choking hazard. Do not modify, puncture, short-circuit or expose batteries or electronic modules to unsafe conditions.
